Shipping & delivery

Every piece is made to order. Standard production is 2–4 weeks from the day your order is confirmed and payment (or an agreed deposit) reflects.

Larger sets — the curved and square rattan couch sets in particular — can sit at the longer end of that range in busy periods. If a piece will take longer, we tell you before you pay, not after.

Shipping is calculated per order based on the volume of the piece and your delivery address, then quoted to you in writing before payment. We do not advertise free delivery and we do not add hidden handling fees.

Major metros (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein) are generally the most economical. Outlying and farm addresses may need a courier that delivers to a nearby depot for collection — we confirm the arrangement with you first.

Collection can sometimes be arranged by appointment. Message the studio on WhatsApp to confirm timing before travelling — we do not keep public trading hours at a retail address.

Please check the piece in front of the driver where possible, and photograph any damage to packaging before unwrapping. Report transit damage within 7 days so we can repair or remake.

Large sets are lighter than they look but bulky — make sure doorways, staircases and lifts can take the piece before delivery day. Ask us for packed dimensions if you're unsure.
