Placing an order on this website creates an order reference and sends the details to the studio. It is a request to buy, not a completed sale: an order becomes binding once we confirm availability, quote shipping in writing and receive payment or an agreed deposit.

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude shipping, which is quoted per order. We may change prices for future orders; a price we have confirmed to you in writing is held for that order.

We currently accept EFT against a proforma invoice, or payment arranged over WhatsApp. This website does not process card payments and does not collect card details. Should a card gateway be enabled in future, its provider will be named at the checkout before you pay.

Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, and delivery timing depends on the courier and your address. Timelines are given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates; we keep you informed if anything shifts.

We describe pieces as accurately as we can. Photographs show real pieces, but natural materials vary in colour, grain and weave, and screens differ. We do not claim dimensions, load ratings or certifications that we cannot verify — ask us and we will measure the current piece.

Pieces are intended for ordinary domestic and light commercial interior use. We are not liable for damage from misuse, prolonged outdoor exposure or alteration. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Questions: pholintrading@gmail.com.
